Located in a green environment and at the end of a private cul-de-sac, the Residence is a very peaceful 300 m² villa with a stunning sea view. The villa accommodates 8 people with 4 spacious, air-conditioned suites, each with a TV, bathroom, and toilet: 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs, each with 2 very large terraces. Between these two bedrooms, you can enjoy a terrace for an aperitif while admiring the view of Cala Bassa bay and the magnificent Cap Nono, which glows with beautiful colors at the end of the day.

The kitchen is large and very well-equipped. The enormous living room of around 60 m², from which you can enjoy the sea view, has floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining table, sheltered from the sun. There is also a foosball table available in the living room.

From the living room, you have access to the pool, where you can enjoy the sea while lying on the deck chairs or in the shade under a large pergola with two real beds for relaxation. You can dine on this terrace at the large table with a sea view and enjoy a spacious barbecue. There is also a large garden with a petanque court.
